How we work it out

Saving on each cost = what you pay each month × the share AI can take on (our estimate).
Net saving = all those savings − AI tools each month − setup cost spread over 12 months.

Replace: AI does most of it (we estimate a 60–90% cut). Reduce: AI does part, people do the rest (30–60%). Keep: worth paying a person for. The likely range uses the low and high cut for each cost. Every percentage and default amount is our own estimate, not a published figure.

Is the call a sales pitch?

No. It is a working session on your numbers. You leave with a 30-day plan you can run yourself. If you want us to build it, we can discuss that. If not, the plan is still yours.

Do I need technical skills?

No. The plan uses off-the-shelf tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Grok Bot, with each step written in plain English.

What does it cost?

The calculator and the call are free. The AI tools and setup in your estimate are roughly what running the AI side would cost, and they are already taken off your saving.

How accurate is this?

It is a starting point, not a quote. The cut percentages are our estimates, shown in full and editable. Your real saving depends on how you work today. That is what the call is for.
